It’s “Arm Day” the SBD way! Strength to target your entire upper body between awesome rounds of cardio. We’ll keep the heart rate up to maximize the effort and leave class feeling pumped!
5-Minute Max
Enjoy 5-minute intervals of strength and cardio to get you moving! Anything goes...expect resistance training, circuits, barre, and more!
Yoga Yes!
This is not a restorative practice, but rather a powerful flow to leave you feeling breathless, sweaty, and strong! Lots of planks to light your core on fire, lunge variations for those legs and glutes, and body bearing action for defined arms of steel. Bring your own mat.
